1. Identity document;

2. Valid EC certificate of conformity issued by the manufacturer (presented in original and retained at the "Traffic Police");

3. Documents for acquiring ownership with vehicle identification data (e.g. contract, invoice, etc., are submitted in original and copy, with the copy being retained by the "Traffic Police");

4. Document for concluded "Third Party Liability" insurance with a form of a bilateral report of findings for a road traffic accident (RTA);

5. Customs document for formal import into the territory of the European Union, when the vehicle is imported from a country outside the EU (a copy is submitted and retained by the "Traffic Police");

6. Registration number plates, if any were used when bringing the vehicle to the registration point;

7. Document for paid state fee;

8. Notarized power of attorney – when the registration is requested by a proxy;
